Our Workshop Curriculum
Our workshop curriculum is designed to give students an in-depth understanding of themselves and their career trajectory. The workshop encourages students to explore their goals, beliefs and values concerning work, life and career.
Students will work through a series of exercises to ideate their future, clarifying what makes them feel fulfilled, engaged and empowered. Through the lens and methodology of design thinking, they will learn the skills necessary to prototype (gather information) and ‘try out’ a version or multiple versions of potentially interesting future/s and initiate the collaboration with external mentors. Through a series of interactive exercises and discussions, students will explore their passions, values, strengths, and interests. They will also learn how to set goals, develop a plan, and take action towards their career aspirations. They will leave the day with a toolkit of resources and skills that will serve them throughout their lives and allow them to face difficult challenges with new found clarity. Our workshops are led by experienced facilitators who are passionate about helping students succeed.
